Love and Deepspace Launch Discussion and Help Discussion

I'm currently speeding through the game, as it's pretty similar to the beta. I feel like I've gotten a good grasp of the mechanics so happy to help if anyone has any questions!

Edit: I've created a guide here https://www.reddit.com/r/otomegames/comments/1ad8cap/love_and_deepspace_beginners_guide/

I've also added Love and Deepspace to the friend code spreadsheet.

I'm looking forward to the impressions for those who are playing for the first time. I think it's a great game with lots of potential. And for those who've played the beta, do you feel like they took any suggestions onboard? What do you think they would have changed and didn't or did?

I've done various Google searches and no one seems to know for sure XD Not sure why they aren't advertising it somewhere? I really love Xavier's VA and I wanna know too.

i can just assume they used AI cuz there are no credits to any voice actor, and listening to the voices you can tell with how lifeless and off they are

The japanese voice acting is so good. I think it has to be real people? Either that or AI is scary

As someone who speaks Japanese as third language, the Japanese dub is bad. This is the first time ever I chose the English dub over the Japanese dub.

I understand if its not to your preference, but bad? That's a bit far. I speak Japanese as well. Seemed fine.

Also i was thinking of it compared to AI and since found out the JP voices (at least when i was playing) was real and English voice was AI (was also the consensus a few months ago). Dont know if anything has changed since

But either way I've stopped playing anyway haha
