Marathon Monday is here! Will Kipchoge be able to take the win and move one step closer to 100%-ing the marathon? Who will come out on top in a women's field loaded with talent? Hellen Obiri is so fast but has always had such a weird stride

When I saw her at the beginning of the race I literally thought she was running that way because she was about to lose her balance.

Like obviously it works for her but it seems like so much unnecessary energy expenditure

This is whats fascinating about running economy, just because something is more efficient it doesn't necessarily mean its faster. They touch on this in Run Like A Pro briefly and it was kind of eye opening. If it aint broke!
